Couch to 5k Warm up
Just a little video by Ash to get you warmed up pre 'couch to 5k'.
I don't know about you, but this looks like the work out itself to me, but, hey, even if all I do is warm up, it could be worse right?
I don't know about anyone else, but doing a good stretch of the hips before and after I try and do ANY kind of running is something I really think helps, they ALWAY feel tight and I have to ride the line between thinking I'm getting a good stretch and about to snap something deep in my body... still, thats why we do this right?
Have a good Sunday people, if you are going to run, that's great, if you're looking out the window and thinking 'Jesus Christ, it looks flippin' cold out there' then make yourself a cuppa and sit down and watch Back to the Future 2 on itv2 or something.
